Mini Movers
Mini Movers is a joyful introduction to dance designed for our youngest dancers, with two age-specific groups to ensure developmentally appropriate fun and learning. No previous dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move and explore!
In this 45-minute class, dancers will build foundational skills through imaginative movement, playful rhythm exercises, and music-based activities. Students will be introduced to basic positions and beginning concepts from ballet, jazz, and modern dance, all in an encouraging, age-appropriate environment that supports creativity, coordination, and confidence.
Whether twirling, jumping, or stretching, Mini Movers is the perfect first step into the world of dance!
Dance Fit
Dance Fit is a conditioning class designed to support dancers in building strength, mobility, and flexibility with a focus on dance-specific needs. Offered at two levels, this class meets dancers where they are—whether they’re just starting their conditioning journey or looking to deepen their practice. Class length is either 45 minutes or 1 hour, depending on level.
Through a blend of targeted exercises, dynamic stretching, and functional movement patterns, Dance Fit helps dancers enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and develop body awareness. While ideal for dancers, this class also benefits anyone seeking to improve overall strength, flexibility, and mobility.
In addition to physical gains, Dance Fit promotes healthy habits and supports mental well-being—encouraging a balanced, energized approach to movement and self-care.
Open Ballet
Open Ballet is a 1 hour and 30 minute technique class designed for dancers ages 7 and up. This class focuses on building a strong foundation in classical ballet, with emphasis on proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and musicality.
Open Ballet is structured to support a wide range of experience levels, offering a welcoming environment where dancers can refine their technique, develop discipline, and deepen their appreciation for ballet as an art form. Whether you’re continuing your ballet training or returning after a break, this class provides the space and support to grow.
Beginning Ballet
Beginning Ballet is a foundational technique class for dancers ages 7 and up who have completed at least two years of formal dance training. This 1 hour and 15 minute class focuses on developing correct ballet technique, posture, coordination, and musicality in a supportive and structured environment.
Dancers will work at the barre and in center to build strength, flexibility, and alignment while learning proper terminology and movement quality. As this level marks the transition into more focused training, students are required to attend two ballet classes per week to ensure consistent progress and skill development.
Beginning Ballet lays the groundwork for future advancement while deepening each dancer’s discipline, confidence, and love for the art of ballet.
Intermediate Ballet
Intermediate Ballet is designed for dancers ages 10 and up with a minimum of four years of formal dance training. This 1 hour and 30 minute class focuses on refining technique, improving strength and flexibility, and developing artistry and musicality.
Dancers will engage in more complex combinations at the barre and in center, with an emphasis on proper alignment, control, and fluidity of movement. This level prepares students for more advanced work.
Enrollment in at least two ballet classes per week is required to support consistent technical growth; attending three classes per week is highly recommended for those seeking accelerated progress. Intermediate Ballet offers a disciplined yet encouraging environment for dancers to deepen their commitment and passion for ballet.
Advanced Ballet
Advanced Ballet is a level for dedicated dancers ages 12 and up with a minimum of five years of formal ballet training. Attendance is required four times per week and is designed to refine advanced technique, expand artistry, and build the strength and stamina required for high-level performance.
Dancers will work through complex barre and center combinations, with a focus on precision, fluidity, musicality, and expressive movement. This level demands a high degree of discipline, commitment, and physical awareness.
Eligible dancers may take pointe and partnering classes with instructor permission, based on technical readiness and consistent attendance. Advanced Ballet provides a rigorous yet supportive environment for dancers preparing for pre-professional or collegiate dance pathways.
Open Modern
Open Modern is a one-hour technique class open to dancers ages 7 and up, offering an energetic and expressive introduction to modern dance. Rooted in Horton technique, this class focuses on strength, flexibility, musicality, and dynamic movement.
Dancers will explore foundational modern concepts such as flat backs, laterals, contractions, and swings, while learning to move with intention and control. Through structured exercises and creative combinations, students will develop body awareness, spatial understanding, and expressive range.
Open Modern welcomes a variety of experience levels and provides a strong technical base for dancers looking to expand their movement vocabulary and deepen their connection to music and emotion through dance.
Adult Ballet
Adult Ballet is a welcoming and supportive class for dancers ages 16 and up, open to all levels—from those returning to ballet after time away to adults exploring dance for the first time. This 1 hour and 30 minute class focuses on developing technique, strength, flexibility, and grace at a comfortable and encouraging pace.
Through traditional barre and center work, dancers will build a solid foundation in classical ballet while improving posture, coordination, and musicality. Modifications are offered as needed, allowing each dancer to progress at their own level.

Adult Jazz/Tap
Adult Jazz/Tap is a fun and energetic 1 hour and 30 minute class open to dancers ages 16 and up. Class includes jazz warm-ups, across-the-floor progressions, and center combinations, along with rhythm-focused tap work that builds coordination, timing, and musicality. Intro to Jazz
